Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Pal Gems & Jewels, we take immense pride in crafting and curating exquisite, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. Because most of our items are unique, single-inventory products, we have established specific guidelines for returns and replacements to ensure fairness and transparency.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Scope of Policy
We only accept returns or requests for replacements under the following two conditions:
- Damaged on Arrival: The product arrived damaged during transit.
- Size Adjustment/Replacement: The item does not fit, and you need a different size.
2. The 10-Day Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement request. Any requests made after 10 days from delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a return, replacement, or store credit.
3. Important Conditions for Unique/Single Items
📌 Please Note: Because we specialize in exclusive jewelry, we have only a single piece available for each product.
- If you request a replacement for a different size, you may not get the exact same product design in that new size.
- If your exact item is not available in your required size, you will be offered the choice of an alternative product of equal value or a store credit/refund as per the case assessment.
4. Exclusion Criteria (Non-Returnable Items)
We maintain strict quality control. We will not accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- Customer-Induced Damage: Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering caused by the customer after delivery.
- Used Items: Any jewelry that has been visibly worn, used, or is missing its original tags, certificates, and packaging.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To report a damaged item or request a size replacement, please follow these steps within 10 days of delivery:

- Provide Proof:
- For damaged products, you must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage upon arrival.
- For size replacements, specify the current size and the size/alternative item you require.
- Approval & Pickup: Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will guide you through the return shipping or pickup process.
